We want you to love your KrazyStuff order. Here’s how exchanges work:

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color, message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a free replacement — no extra delivery fee.

Check before you pay: You can open the package and check your item in front of the courier before paying.

Change of mind: Because our items are small personal accessories, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please check the size and color before ordering — the FAQ on the product page shows exactly what fits inside.
