Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver: Anywhere in Egypt.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days from the day you order. Cairo, Giza and Alexandria usually arrive in 2–3 days; other governorates in 3–5 days.

Delivery fee: 79 EGP per order. Free delivery when you order 2 or more items, and on the 2-wallet pack.

Payment: Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. No card or prepayment needed.

Check before you pay: You can open the package and check your item in front of the courier before paying. If it's not what you ordered or it's damaged, hand it back and you pay nothing.

Order confirmation: Please make sure your phone number is correct — our courier will call you before delivery. If we can’t reach you after two attempts, the order is cancelled.

Tracking: You’ll get a message once your order is on its way.
